摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下闭合技术在医源性胃肠穿孔中的应用价值和安全性。方法回顾性分析2014年10月至2016年4月在内镜室实施医源性穿孔修补的患者42例,总结手术完成情况及治疗效果。结果完成42例患者43个部位的穿孔修补,修补成功率为100%,术后无出血、感染等并发症病例,闭合术后无转外科手术治疗病例。结论内镜下闭合技术能有效闭合胃肠道穿孔缺损创面,减少穿孔并发症所致的影响,降低外科手术率,为内镜诊疗提供技术支持和安全保障。Objective To explore the application value and safety of endoscopic closure technique in iatrogenic gasti’ointestinal perforation. Methods Retrospective analysis was perfonned in 42 patients who undement iatrogenic perforation repair in endoscope room from October,2014 to April,2016.Besides,the operation completion and treatment effect were summarized. Results The perforation repair completed 43 parts in 42 patients with 100% success rate. No postoperative complications such as bleeding, infection and other complications of the cases were found.No cases transfenred to surgical treatment alter the endoscopic closure. Conclusion Endoscopic closure technique can effectively close the wound of gastrointestinal perforation, reduce the influence of perforation complications,lower the rate of surgical operation,and provide technical support and safety guarantee for endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.
