摘  要:创业动机有利己和利他两类,但经过理论研究和实证调研发现,创业个体中并不都是一元动机,更多体现出二元共生现象。两者之间看似矛盾对立,实则可以和谐共生且相互促进。整体而言,大学生创业者相较于社会人员而言,其创业动机更加可塑,创业层次定位更高,更可遵循持续发展理念和创业动机二元共生的哲学理念加以教育引导。高校应实施思政教育与二元哲学并重、心理疏导与实务指导并进、社会创业与志愿服务并举、政策倾斜与商机拓展并行等举措,引入更多利他创业动机以促进学生自主创业和社会服务创新。Entrepreneurial motivation has two types of self interest and altruism,but through theoretical and empirical research,it is found that most of the entrepreneurial individuals have two motivations instead of only one.The two types seem contradictory,but in reality can be harmonious coexistence and mutual promotion.Overall,compared with the social individuals entrepreneurial motivation,college student's entrepreneurial motivation is more flexible and has higher levels of entrepreneurship,which is more valuable to follow the concept of sustainable development and the dual symbiosis philosophy of entrepreneurial motivation.Among widespread contemporary egocentric entrepreneurs,universities are supposed to implement a series of measures which equate ideological and political education with duality philosophy,psychological counseling with practical guidance,social entrepreneurship with volunteer service,policy preferences with business opportunity extension so as to introduce more altruistic entrepreneurial motivations to promote students' self-employment and social service innovation.
