摘　　要：文物行政执法能力是文物行政执法工作的重要保障。笔者基于文物行政执法能力的视角,构建评估指标体系,运用模糊综合评价,对黄石文物行政执法能力进行测评发现:黄石文物行政执法能力偏弱;其中,执法工作、执法知识、执法效果情况较差,执法方法和执法态度情况较好。对此,黄石文物行政执法机构应该从执法工作、执法知识和执法效果三个层面加强自身能力建设。Administrative law enforcement ability（ALEA）on cultural relics is an important guarantee of cultural relics administrative law enforcement work. Based on the perspective of ALEA on cultural relics,the evaluation index system of Huangshi City in Hubei Province is established and its ALEA on cultural relics is evaluated by adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation （FCE）. The result shows that the administrative law enforcement ability （ ALE A） on culturgj relics in Hufingshi is we￡ik. The findings are the rating of performince, knowledge and effect of law enforcement are bad while the rating of the method and attitude are good. So the cultural relics administrative law enforcement agency in Hufingshi should improve their ALEA from the aspects of performance, knowledge and effect of law enforcement.
