摘　　要：经济全球化时代,信息技术在教育,特别是高等教育中起着极为重要的作用,在一定程度上,它是衡量一个高校是否与国际接轨的重要标志。目前,我国高等教育信息化在教育信息资源的开发与应用、基础设施建设、管理信息化这几个方面发展势头良好,但也存在着发展不均衡的情况。除此之外,它的发展也遇到一些困难,其中最大的困难是技术因素和人为因素。技术因素包括硬件和软件因素;人为因素包括人的观念、体制、管理和社会文化等方面的因素。只有克服这些困难,才能更好地推进我国高等教育的信息化建设。In the era of economic globalization, information technology plays a very important role in education, especially in higher education. At present, higher education Informatization in China has made great progress in the development and application of educational information resources, infrastructure construction, informatization of mfinagement. However,the development of informatization in higher lefiming institutions is not balanced. Moreover, some hardware and software technical problems and human - related difficulties are encountered in the development. Human - related difficulties include peopled idea,social system,management, social culture,etc. Only when we overcome these difficulties, can we better promote the construction of higher education Informatization in China.
