精索静脉曲张程度与术后精液质量改善的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨精索静脉曲张不同程度与结扎术后精液质量改善之间的关系。方法 将就诊的精索静脉曲张高位结扎手术患者共56例,根据曲张程度分为3组,比较各组间术前、术后3-6个月精液常规主要指标精子密度、精子活率（%）、A＋B级精子率（%）。结果 各组手术前后精子密度、精子活率及A＋B级精子率比较,Ⅰ度曲张患者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度曲张患者差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 精索静脉曲张程度对高位结扎术后精液质量改善有影响,Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度曲张患者术后精液改善较Ⅰ度曲张患者改善明显。Objective To investigate the relationship of varicocele grade to the improvement in semen quality after varicocelectomy.Methods According to the grade of varicocele,56 patients were divided into three groups.Sperm density,sperm viability and grade A＋B ratio were measured before and 3-6 months after varicocelectomy.Results After varicocelectomy,there were significant improvements in sperm density,sperm viability and grade A＋ B ratio in patients with grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ varicocele（P 〈0.05）,but not in patients with grade I varicocele（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The grade of varicocele has an effect on the improvement in semen quality after varicocelectomy.Patients with grade II or III varicocele have a greater improvement in semen quality than patients with grade I varicocele.
