温泉服务标准化研究的提升空间与发展面向——基于温泉业标准的国际比较分析

摘　　要：标准化是温泉服务品质提升的保障手段之一。如何制定高质量的温泉服务标准以适应中国温泉旅游业的产业升级是重要的研究问题。通过梳理和比较欧洲、北美、亚洲各国及地区与国内现行的温泉服务标准体系后,可以挖掘国内温泉业标准制定的提升空间和发展方向。从更为宽泛的目的地视角,温泉服务标准化可以包括维度、结果和过程等三个方面。欧洲的Europe spacertificates证书是国内温泉业服务标准化制定可以参考的方向。同时,人们可以从现场温泉层级,温泉酒店/度假酒店/度假村层级和目的地/温泉城镇层级等三个层次出发,进行温泉服务标准的制定。Standardization is one of the means to improve the quality of hot spring service. How to establish the high quality standard of hot spring service in order to meet the trend, namely industrial upgrading of Chinese hot spring tourism industry is an important research problem. A comprehensive review of European, North American, Asian countries and regions and the domestic existing hot spring service standard system is examined through the international comparison analysis. The paper discovers the gap and dimensions of the domestic standards of hot spring industry. From a broader destination perspective, the standardization of hot spring services can be included in three aspects： dimensions, results and process. Europe spa certificate can be regarded as a well -ground base while making new domestic hot spring service standard. At the same time, the service standard can be designed by the three levels ： on - site spa level, Spa hotel/resort level and destination/SPA town level.
