摘 要:采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和抑菌圈法测定载银羟基磷灰石抗菌剂的抗菌性能,采用24 h抗菌法测定载银羟基磷灰石抗菌陶瓷的抗菌性能。实验结果表明:载银羟基磷灰石抗菌剂和陶瓷具有较好的抗菌性能。抗菌剂MIC随抗菌剂中Ag^+掺入量的增加而降低,抑菌圈则随抗菌剂中Ag^+掺入量的增加而增大,MIC和抑菌圈实验结果一致,二者均能较好评价抗菌剂的抗菌性能。当陶瓷中4.50%Ag-HA型抗菌剂掺入量为9wt%时,陶瓷抗菌率大于99.9%,且抗菌性能的耐久性效果好。The minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC) and inhibition zone were applied to assay antibacterial properties of silver-loaded hydroxyapatite ( Ag-HA ) antibacterial agents, and 24 h antibacterial experiment was applied to assay antibacterial properties of silver-loaded hydroxyapatite antibacterial ceramic. The experimental results show that silver-loaded hydroxyapatite antibacterial agents and antibacterial ceramic have good antibacterial properties. The values of MIC of silver-loaded hydroxyapatite antibacterial agents decreases and the inhibition zone of silver-loaded hydroxyapatite antibacterial agents increases with the increase of proportion Ag+ in the hydroxyapatite. The experimental results of MIC and inhibition zone agree well, both of them can assay antibacterial properties of silver- loaded hydroxyapatite antibacterial agents. While the admixture amount of 4. 5 0 % Ag-HA types of antimicrobial in glazes is 9. Owt% , the antibacterial rate of antibacterial ceramic is above 99. 9% , andThedurability of antibacterialproperties is stillvery good.
