摘 要:首先介绍了皮革抗张强度的测量方法,依据QB/T 2710-2005《皮革物理和机械试验抗张强度和伸长率的测定》标准测试皮革抗张强度,通过建立数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析,找出了影响抗皮革张强度测量结果的主要因素,按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的方法,对不确定度各个分量进行了评定、合成,最后给出了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,同时对降低测量结果的不确定度提出了2点具体建议。Above all, the method for measuring tensile strength of the leather is introduced in this paper,the tensile strength of leather is determined according to QB/T 2710-2005 named ' Leather-Physical and mechanical tests-Determination of tensile strength and percentage extension'.The source of uncertainty in the whole process of measurement is analysed via establisned mathematical model, and the main factors that affect the results of measuring tensile strength of the leather was found out. According to the method of JJF 1059.1-2012 named'Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement'.Each component of uncertainty is estimated and composed.Finally, the composed uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are presented, meanwhile 2 concrete suggestions about how to reduce the uncertainty of measurements are proposed in this paper.
