政府社区学校协同:学校体育场馆开放模式研究

摘　　要：学校体育场馆向社会开放一直是政府、社区、学界共同关注的问题。论文主要运用专家访谈、问卷调查对宁波市中小学体育场馆对外开放的现状进行探索,结果表明:学校体育场馆开放多种模式并存,开放过程中存在组织管理、监管、宣传不到位等问题,进而提出了"三位一体"管理模式,即以政府为主导,将学校、社区内的资源做到统一规划,明确三者职权的管理模式,为学校体育场馆开放的可持续提供模式借鉴。School sports facilities open to the public is the government, community, academic issue of common concern.The paper mainly through expert interviews and questionnaire method to explore the present situation of Ningboprimary and middle school sports facilities open to the public, the results show that school sports faclities coexist multipleopening modes. The opening process has problems such as organizational management, supervision, insufficientpropaganda. Then put foward the management mode of ＂ trinity＂, that is the goverment -led, unite a plan bringshcool and community resources into full play, and definite referenced three terms of function which provide referencefor sustainable mode of school sports facilities open to public.
