摘　　要：全球性气候变化已对人类经济和社会系统产生了显著的影响,受到全世界的广泛关注。气候变化是否会影响经济增长及如何影响经济增长?近年来经济学家采用计量方法展开了大量的实证研究。文章通过文献综述梳理了气候和极端气候事件对经济的影响以及短期与长期影响的差异,较为深入地阐述了气候变化影响经济增长的具体途径与机制,总结了相关研究结论,并提出了相应的建议。Global climate change has deep influence on peopleJ s production and life, as well as received extensive attentionall over the world. Does climate change affect the economic growth？ And how it affects？ There are increasing empiricalstudies using econometrical models to study the relationship, causality, and the mechanisms of the impact of climate changeand extreme climate events on economic growth. This paper utilizes big data to comb the impact of climate and extreme climateevents on economy and the difference between long-term and short-term effects. Then deeply elaborating the concreteways and mechanism of the influence of climate change on economic growth, and putting forward corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions.
