摘  要:针对火电厂变负荷运行时SCR脱硝系统出口NOx浓度波动较大的问题,采用加权多模型自适应控制(WMMAC)策略对出口NOx浓度进行控制,建立了能够覆盖不同负荷下被控对象动态特性的模型集。针对每个模型设计相应的PID控制器,给出计算各控制器控制作用权值的指标函数。在脱硝系统出口NOx浓度控制中,通过Matlab仿真,对比变负荷工况下单一PID控制策略和WMMAC控制策略的控制效果,验证了采用WMMAC控制策略能有效提高系统的动态品质。Aiming at the problem that the larger fluctuation of NOx concentration occurs at the outlet of SCR denitration system during the thermal power plant is operating under variable load mode, a weighted multiple model adaptive control (WMMAC) strategy is applied to control the N0X concentration at outlet. The model set is developed, which can cover the dynamic characteristics of controlled object under different load. Appropriate PID controller is designed for each model, and the index function for calculating the weight of control action is given. The control effects of single PID control strategy and WMMAC strategy under variable load operating condition are compared through Matlab simulation. It is verified that in N0X concentration control at outlet of denitration system using WMMAC control strategy can effectively improve the dynamic quality of the system.
