鱼腥草注射液、利巴韦林联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎并发神经系统症状的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究鱼腥草注射液、利巴韦林联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效及其对患儿神经功能保护作用。方法按照随机数字法将86例轮状病毒肠炎并发神经系统症状的患儿平均分为两组。对照组患儿给予利巴韦林联合蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在治疗组的基础之上另给予鱼腥草注射液静脉滴注给药。两组治疗周期均为7 d。观察两组临床疗效情况,相关症状缓解时间、治疗时间、免疫功能相关指标(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、CD3+、CD4+及CD8+)和神经功能相关指标变化情况[胰岛素生长因子(IGF-1)、生长激素(GH)、神经营养因子(NTF)及神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100B蛋白及髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)];观察两组患儿不良反应情况。结果观察组患儿显效率、总有效率均高于对照组;恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻及腹鸣缓解时间及治疗时间显著短于对照组;Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、CD3+、CD4+及CD8+含量均明显高于对照组,且IGF-1、GH、NTF、NGF、BDNF、血清S100B蛋白、NSE及MBP改善情况均明显优于对照组患儿;两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论鱼腥草注射液、利巴韦林联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎能够更为快速地改善患儿症状、提高免疫功能及保护神经功能,值得开展深入研究。Objective To study the effects of Yuxingcao injection, ribavirin injection combined with smecta in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis and its influence on the neurologic function of the children. Methods 86 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis were collected and ran-domly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given ribavirin injection combined with smecta and observation group was given Yuxingcao injection on the base of control group. Then gastrointestinal symptoms relief time, immune function index （IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ and CD8 ^＋ ） and nerve function index （IGF - 1, GH, NTF, NGF, BDNF, S100B , NSE and MBP） were observed. Results Abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, borborygmus remission time of observation group were significantly shorter than control group, IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3^ ＋ , CD4^ ＋ and CD8 ^＋ levels were significantly higher than control group. IGF - 1, GH, NTF, NGF, BDNF, S100B, NSE and MBP levels were significantly promoted than control group. Conclusion Yuxingcao injection, ribavirin injection combined with smecta was an effective method for it can improve gastrointestinal symptoms relief, promoted the immune function and protect the nerve function.
