摘  要:针对电网企业资产管理目标不一致、流程不协同、行动不统一等问题,构建了一套资产管理体系标准,在此基础上,建立健全了三项资产管理工作机制,形成了基于"一标三制"为特色的资产管理体系,促进资产管理体系常态化。针对"一标三制"的必要性和可行性进行了深度的剖析,对"一标三制"的形成思路作了详细阐述,并对体系建设情况及运行成果进行了简要的介绍。Aiming at different asset management goals, uncoordinated process and nonunified actions of power grid enterprises,a set of asset management system standard is established. Moreover,three asset management mechanisms are established and perfected to form a asset management system with characteristics of "one standard and three mechanisms" to enhance asset management system normalization. The paper thoroughly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of "one standard and three mechanisms" and specifies the development of its ideas. At the end,the paper also introduces system construction and operation result.
