摘 要:火炮发射环境易引起弹载电子设备的损坏,为了确保测试工作的可靠完成,设计了弹载测试装置电路模块抗冲击振动的缓冲防护结构。通过建立弹炮耦合模型及测试装置的有限元模型,采用数值计算模拟了弹丸发射过程并分析了测试电路的应力分布状况;从应力波传播及能量吸收的角度探讨了缓冲机理,初步设计了弹载测试装置缓冲防护结构;利用i SIGHT与ABAQUS的联合仿真优化,对缓冲防护模块进行了结构参数优化,优化后的测试电路防护结构最大应力降低了65.1%,缓冲防护效果显著,对该类结构的设计研究具有一定参考价值。Projectile-borne electronic equipment is easily damaged under the gun launch environment.In order to guarantee reliability of the test, a cushioning and protective structure for the circuit module of projectile-borne testing equipment is designed to resist shock and vibration. Through the establishment of finite element models of projectile-barrel coupling and projectile-borne testing equipment, the dynamic launching process of projectile is simulated through numerical calculation with the stress distribution of the testing circuit analyzed. A discussion is made of the cushioning mechanism from the view of the stress wave propagation and the energy absorption with cushioning and protective structure for projectile-borne testing equipment preliminarily designed. A structural parameter optimization for the cushioning and protective structure is achieved with the simulation optimization method by combining iSIGHT and ABAQUS. As a result, the maximum stress of the circuit module protected by the optimized structure decreases by about 65. 1% with cushioning effect of the structure being significant, which can provide a certain referential value for the design and study of this kind of structure.
