摘 要:为准确计算和判断火炮高低齿弧的动态受力,减小工程类比计算产生的误差,避免出现设计强度不足的问题,以某火炮为对象,介绍了一种通过应变测试得出高低齿弧力的方法,给出了在后坐阻力、平衡性能和排空回方向等不同条件下高低机主轴扭转应变的动态响应测试曲线。测试结果表明:火炮后坐期间高低齿弧力曲线存在波谷与波峰的交替,最大值发生在后坐终止点;与测试算值相比较,传统计算值存在很大的误差;高低齿弧受力的动态测试值,可为确定火炮高低机射击载荷和优化结构设计提供可信数据。In order to accurately calculate and judge dynamitic load of the gun elevating mechanism and to reduce the error of engineering practice analogism as well as to avoid the inadequacy in strength design, a test method was introduced with a certain type of gun as an example to provide torque strain curves of elevating mechanism shaft in difference recoil resistances, equilibrator performances and engagement positions. The assessment results show that there exists the alternation of wave crest and wave trough in elevating-arc force curve during recoil of gun, and that the maximum value for force of the elevating mechanism appears at the end of recoil, and that there are errors between the traditional calculation values and measurement ones. The credible datum were got for determining firing loads and optimizing design of the elevating mechanism by analyzing test datum in recoil process.
