摘　　要：[目的]调查危重症病人的赋能心理护理现状,分析影响赋能心理护理水平的相关因素,并针对影响因素提出可行性建议和策略。[方法]采用便利抽样法抽取200名ICU危重症病人进行问卷调查,并对回收的资料进行统计分析。[结果]经百分比换算后,ICU危重症病人赋能心理护理平均得分为82.48分,其中提供舒适服务维度得分最高(88.37分),提供必要信息维度得分最低(77.70分);不同婚姻状况危重症病人赋能心理护理在总分及进行有效沟通、提供舒适服务及共同参与维度上差异存在显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),不同职业危重症病人赋能心理护理在总分及提供必要信息、共同参与维度上差异存在显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),不同文化程度危重症病人赋能心理护理在总分及各维度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]ICU危重症病人赋能心理护理得分处于中上水平;病人的婚姻状况、职业及文化程度是影响其赋能心理护理的相关因素。Objective To probe into the status quo of empowerment psychological care for critical patients, ana-lyze the related influencing factors of empowerment psychological care,and put forward the feasible suggestions and strategies aiming at the influencing factors.Methods： A total of 200 critically ill patients in ICU were collected by convenience sampling,and the data were collected for statistical analysis. Results： After the percentage of conversion, the mean scores of empowerment psychological care of critical patients in ICU was 82.48, in which providing comfortable service had the highest score（88.37）,providing the necessary information had the lowest score（77.70）.There was statistically significant difference in the dimension of total score and dimensions of effective communication, providing comfortable service and the common participation among the critical patients with different marital status（P 〈0.01） .There was significant difference in the total score and dimensions of providing the necessary information and the common participation among the critical patients with different occupations（P 〈0.01）.There were significant differences in the total score and the dimension of empowerment psychological care for the critical patients with different educational level（P 〈.05）.Conclusion：The score of empowerment psychological care for critical patients in ICU was in the middle and upper level.The patients＇ marital status,occupation and educational level were the related influencing factors of their empowerment psychological nursing.
