摘　　要：文化与多数社区心态指标具有明显的相关性。社区居民参与社区文化活动越多,他们的幸福感、满意度和安全感越高。而幸福感等心态指标又与社区违法犯罪行为有密切关系。社区文化对治安的影响,主要是通过影响社区群众的心态而影响治安状况的。针对当前我国城市社区文化建设中存在的问题,应加强社区文化和警营文化建设。There are obvious correlation between culture and indicators of the community psychology. Themore community residents participated in community cultural activities, the higher happiness, satisfaction and security.And indicators of psychology, such as happiness, have close relationship with illegal and criminal behaviors.The influence of community culture on public security comes mainly through the influence of psychology of communitieson public security. Aimed at the problems existing in culture construction of city community, efforts needto be devoted to strengthening the construction of community culture and police culture.
