摘  要:渤海油田注聚获得了显著的增油降水效果,但部分注聚井存在注入压力偏高,不能达到油藏方案配注要求,采用常规化学解堵技术解堵效果差或有效期较短。堵塞物成分分析表明,渤海注聚油田堵塞井堵塞物由无机物和有机物混合包裹形成,受水中悬浮物和含油量的影响,无机物和聚合物相互作用产生组分复杂的垢,导致地层渗透率下降和地层堵塞。根据堵塞机理分析,优选出复合解堵体系并设计出复合解堵工艺,在绥中36-1、锦州9-3和旅大10-1等油田取得成功应用,视吸水指数平均提高90%,平均有效期达10个月,解堵效果显著,具有较好的推广应用价值。Significant incremental production and lower water-cut has been achieved in Bohai oilfield via polymer flooding. Due to high injection pressure of some injectors, the requirements of reservoir injection allocation could not be met, and plugging removal effect was poor and/or short-lived by conventional chemical removal technology. Component analyses show that the plugging stuff in the polymer flooding blocks derives from mutual mixing and encapsulating of organic and inorganic compounds; influenced by suspended matter and oil in the water, inorganic materials and polymer interact and result in complex scale, which leads to plugging and decrease in formation permeability. Based on plugging mechanism analyses, the optimal compound plugging removal formulation and the application procedure have been worked out. The technology was applied successfully in SZ36-1, JZ9-3 and LD10-1 blocks with significant plugging removal effect, and the apparent water injectivity index was increased by an average of 90%, with the effect lasting an average of over 10 months, Therefore, the technology has good application potential.
