摘　　要：出露于江山—绍兴断裂带东南侧的陈蔡群是浙东南地区重要的赋矿地层之一,已发现有多处金、银、铜等多金属矿床。有关这些矿床的成因,特别是成矿物质来源一直是学者们关注的焦点,因此陈蔡群变质岩的元素地球化学特征也备受关注。以诸暨地区新近发现的周家坞铜矿为研究对象,对陈蔡群变质岩及矿石的微量元素和稀土元素地球化学特征进行了系统分析,结果表明:陈蔡群变质岩中Au、Ag、Cu、Zn、S、Mo等元素具有较高的初始含量,为成矿提供了有利的物质条件;陈蔡群中矽卡岩与矿石之间的稀土配分曲线均表现为明显的右倾模式,一致性和继承性的特点明显,表明在周家坞铜矿中,元素的富集乃至成矿可能主要与陈蔡群变质岩中元素自身的活化迁移有关。通过以上研究,为认识陈蔡群在成矿中的作用提供了直接证据。One of important ore-bearing strata in southeastern Zhejiang Province is Chencai Group that isexposed in southeastern Jiangshan - Shaoxing fault zone. In this stratum, many large and medium-sized polymetallicdeposits such as gold, silver, copper have been found. The source of ore-forming materials has longbeen a hotspot among the research of genesis of these deposits, therefore, the geochemical characteristics ofmetamorphic rocks in Chencai Group have also received extensive attention. This paper takes the newly discoveredZhoujiawu copper deposit in Zhuji area as the research object, then conducts a systematic analysis of traceelements and rare earth elements of metamorphic rocks and ores. The results show that the average contents ofore-forming elements and accompanying elements such as Au, Ag, Cu, Zn, S, Mo in Chencai Group are significantlyhigher than crustal abundance, obviously Chencai Group has a advantageous material condition for mineralization.The consistency and inheritance of REE compositions of skam and ores suggest that in Zhoujiawucopper deposit, the elemental enrichment and even mineralization may be closely related to activation and migrationof elements in metamorphic rocks of Chencai Group. In summary, this research can provide direct evidencefor the understanding of the role of Chencai Group for mineralization.
