580例心房颤动患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的比较阵发性房颤与持续性房颤患者的临床特征。方法对2009年1月至2015年1月期间住院的580例房颤患者一般情况及治疗方案进行对照分析。结果 1我区房颤患者主要集中于51-80岁年龄段,发病最高年龄段为71-80岁。2在我区房颤患者中高血压病并发房颤发病率最高。3阵发性房颤组在接受胺碘酮及射频消融治疗较慢性房颤组更积极、慢性房颤组更多接受β受体阻滞剂及其他药物控制心室率,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4阵发性房颤组与慢性房颤组在接受抗栓治疗方面比较无差异(P〉0.05)。结论我区房颤患者主要集中于71-80岁;高血压病为我区房颤患者主要并发疾病;阵发性房颤患者更积极接受心律转复治疗,慢性房颤患者主要接受控制心室率治疗;在抗栓治疗方面两组患者无明显差异。Objective To compare the clinical characteristics of patients in our hospital with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation.Methods 580 cases of hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation and general treatment.in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were retrospective analyzed.Results The main ages of AF were between 51 and 80 age group,the highest incidence age were between 71 and 80.The rate of incidence of hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation is the highest.The paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group was more active in treated with amiodarone and radiofrequency ablation,chronic atrial fibrillation group more receive beta blockers and other drugs to control ventricular rate,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and chronic atrial fibrillation group in antithrombotic therapy showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with AF in our region are mainly concentrated between 71 and 80 years;Hypertension is a major complication of atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial fibrillation in our region and patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were more active in the treatment of cardioversion,and more patients with chronic atrial fibrillation were treated with controlled ventricular rate.There were no significant differences between two groups of patients with antithrombotic therapy.
