摘　　要：目的为探讨新疆某三级甲等专科医院文化建设现状及存在的问题,并对医院文化建设提供建议。方法采用分层随机整群抽样,对全院810名职工进行问卷调查,通过描述性统计分析,科学客观的评价了医院文化建设现状。结果医院文化建设总体状况较好,均值为3.60分。物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化建设均值依次为3.47、3.64、3.82、3.45分。制度文化建设方面得分最高,精神文化建设方面得分最低,表明精神文化建设没有达到预期效果。结论通过完善建立以病人为中心的科学布局、便捷就医的合理流程、对各种标识的设计制作等进行周密考虑,体现医院特色和时代精神。Objective To discuss the current situation and existing problems of the culture construction of a third-grade class-A special hospital in Xinjiang and provide some advice.Methods Applying the questionnaire and making statistic analysis on 810 staff by stratified and cluster sampling method about hospital current construction.Results The general state of hospital culture is good with the average value of 3.60 points.The score of material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual civilization are 3.47 points,3.64 points,3.82 points,and 3.45 points,respectively,in which the score of system culture is the highest,while,the score of spiritual civilization is the lowest.The results show that spirit culture construction did not achieve the expect effect.Conclusion The feature and spirit of hospital should be reflected by means of perfecting scientific distribution,convenient process,and design production logo.
