73例低龄儿气管支气管异物取出+灌洗治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察低龄儿童支气管异物取出＋支气管灌洗手术治疗的临床疗效及预后。方法我科自2013~2015年收治73例1.5岁以下低龄小儿支气管内异物手术取出,在术中、术后（灌洗液为0.9%氯化钠注射液每次用1~2ml注入患侧支气管段,进行灌洗后立即负压吸出）及时对患侧及健侧支气管各段灌洗治疗。结果支气管异物术中、术后进行灌洗治疗可很好解决目前临床硬性支气管镜下异物手术取出的不足,有效及时解决了二级以下支气管内分泌物赌堵塞,和小异物残留的问题。结论与传统的手术相比,缩短了因异物导致肺部炎症病愈时间,加快肺功能的恢复防止并发症的出现,对术后肺部功能的恢复有明显的临床效果。Objective To observe clinical effects of douche therapy combined with surgically removing the foreign body in little children.Methods 73 children having foreign body and being hospitalized in our department from 2013 to 2015 were selected.During and after surgically removing the foreign body,1~2m L of physiological saline was injected to injured side of the air way and sucked out by negative pressure after washing the air way,healthy side of air way was also washed.Results Douche therapy during and after tracheal foreign body surgery might help with incomplete removal,could help erase blockage by secretes and remaining little foreign body.Conclusion Compared to the traditional one,douche therapy can shorten the healing time of the inflammation in lung and can help patients recovery.
