摘　　要：目的 识别和分析深圳市龙岗区某民用光伏照明新建设项目（简称新建项目）产生的职业病危害因素,确定其危害风险分类。方法 采用现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等方法对新建项目进行预评价。结果 该新建项目主要的职业病危害因素为：高温、噪声、其他粉尘、异丙醇、甲醇、乙酸甲酯、二氯甲烷、甲苯、二甲苯、铅烟。类比工程检测结果提示,化学有害因素的合格率均为100%;装周转箱岗位噪声强度为81.9 d B（A）,是噪声作业岗位;层压机岗位湿球黑球温度指数为31.5~32.5℃,是高温作业岗位。此外,新建项目在总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病防护设施、应急救援设施、辅助用室、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护等方面基本符合职业卫生法律法规的要求。结论 该项目属于“职业病危害风险较重”的项目,应重点关注装周转箱岗位噪声和层压机岗位高温的职业病防护。[ Objective ] To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a civil photovohaic lighting project （referred to as new project） in Shenzhen City, determine the risk classification.[nethods] The pre-assessment for the new project was performed by the methods of the field occupational health survey, the occupational hazards detection in workplace, and the checklist. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards in the new project included high temperature, noise, other dust, isopropyl alcohol, methanol, methyl acetate, dichloromethane, toluene, xylene, and lead fume. The test results of analog project showed that the qualified rates of chemical hazards were 100%, the noise intensity in the position of the packing turnover box was 81.9 dB （A）, indicating the occupational noise-exposed position, and the wet-bulb globe temperature index in the position of the laminator was 31.5-32.5 ℃, indicating the heat stress exposure position. Moreover, the entire allocation, manufacture technique and facility layouts, protective facility for occupational hazards, emergency rescue facility, auxiliary room, occupational health management and occupational health monitoring of the new project met the requirements of laws and regulations related to occupational hygiene. [Conclusion] The occupational hazard risk in this new project is serious. It is necessary to pay more attention to the occupational protection against the noise intensity in the position of the packing turnover box and heat stress of the laminator position.
