摘 要:目的识别、分析某铝银浆生产企业存在的职业病危害,找出职业病危害关键控制点并提出进一步防护措施。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法综合判断,确定职业病危害关键控制点。结果该企业存在粉尘、化学性毒物、高温、噪声等职业病危害因素,粉尘个体检测和工作场所检测合格率分别为78.6%和90.7%;噪声个体检测合格率为73.9%;高温、毒物均符合标准。结论粉尘、噪声、高温为该企业关键职业病危害控制因素,特别是粉尘和噪声,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。[ Objective ] To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in an aluminum paste manufacturing enterprise, find out the critical control points, and put forward further protection measures. [Methods] The field occupational investigation and occupational hazards detection were used to comprehensively assess the critical control points.[Results] A variety of occupational hazards such as dust, chemical toxicants, noise and high temperature existed in this enterprise. The qualified rates of individual detection and workplace detection for dust was 78.6% and 90.7% respectively, and the qualified rate of individual detection for noise was 73.9%. The detection results of high temperature and toxicants met the requirements of national standards. [Conclusion] Dust, noise, and high temperature are the critical control points of occupational hazards in this enterprise, especially dust and noise. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control according to the critical control points of occupational hazards.
