摘  要:目的 建立工作场所空气中Pb、Mn、Cu、Pd、Zn、Cr 6种金属及其化合物的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体(ICP)-质谱(MS)测定法。方法 采样的滤膜经微波消解定容后,采用ICP-MS法分析溶液中的Pb、Mn、Cu、Pd、Zn、Cr 6种金属及其化合物含量。结果 测定的6份微孔滤膜样品,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在3.3%以内。各元素加标回收率在92.4%~105.8%之间,6种金属元素检出限范围0.004~0.418μg/L。测定中国疾病预防控制中心提供的GBW(E)080211及ERA提供的E031-1125两种标准参考物质,测定值均在标准值范围内。结论 该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确等优点,适用于工作场所空气中Pb、Mn、Cu、Pd、Zn、Cr 6种金属及其化合物的同时测定。[ Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of six kinds of metal and its compounds, including lead, manganese, copper, cadmium, zinc and chromium, in the air of workplace by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). [Methods] The sampling filters were treated with microwave digestion and constant volume, and the contents of lead, manganese, copper, cadmium, zinc and chromium and their compounds in the solution by ICP-MS. [Results] The RSD of six microporous membrane samples were better than 3.3%. The recovery of the elements ranged from 92.4% to 105.8%, and the detection limits were between 0.004 μg/L and 0.418 μg/L Based on two kinds of standard reference materials, including GBW (E) 080211 from the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention and E031-1125 from ERA, the determination results were all within the range of the standard values. [Conclusion] The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of lead, manganese, copper, cadmium, zinc and chromium and their compounds in the air of workplace.
