摘 要:目的研究2014年大连市大气污染物PM_(10)对呼吸系统疾病门诊量的影响。方法大连市2014年1月1日—12月31日空气污染数据来自大连市环境保护局网站,同期气温数据来自天气网,同期呼吸科门诊量数据来自大连市2所监测哨点医院。采用时间序列的半参数广义相加模型分析2014年大连市大气污染物PM_(10)与呼吸系统疾病门诊量的关系。结果大连市大气PM_(10)浓度每增加10μg/m^3,呼吸系统疾病门诊量增加0.33%。大气PM_(10)污染对呼吸科每日门诊量的累积效应在滞后1天(lag1)影响最强。结论大连市大气PM_(10)污染对呼吸科每日均门诊量有影响。[Objective] To evaluate the influence of atmospheric pollutant PM10 on daily hospital admissions for respiratory diseases in Dalian City in 2014. [Methods]The data of air pollution index in Dalian City from December 31st to January 1st in 2014 were collected from website of Dalian Environmental Protection Agency, the temperature data in the same period were collected from China Weather website, and data of the outpatients in respiratory departments were collected from 2 sentinel hospitals in Dalian. Semi-parametric generalized additive model (CAM) was used to analyze the relationship between PM10 concentration on and the number of outpatients visited the respiratory department. [Results]When the concentration of PM10 concentration increase 10 μg/m^3, the number of outpatients visited the respiratory department increased 0.33%. PM10 showed the maximize accumulation effect on the daily number of outpatients visited the respiratory department after 1 day (lag1). [Conclusion] PM10 has certain influence on the daily number of outpatients visited the respiratory department in Dalian City.
