摘　　要：目的了解连云港市东海县中小学校传染病防控工作及卫生保健人员现状,为制定学校传染病防控策略和措施提供依据。方法由经过培训并考核合格的专业人员以查阅资料、现场查看、人员访谈相结合的方法进行调查。结果全县共65所学校,卫生室设置率86.2%;41.2%的学校配备了专兼职卫生专业技术人员;开展传染病防治知识培训的学校占95.4%;因病缺课网络报告率为64.8%;学校卫生设施及物质储备不足;学生健康检查率较低。结论必须采取有效措施,提高东海县中小学校传染病防控工作水平和卫生保健人员素质。[Objective] To study the present situation of infectious diseases prevention and control, and the school health workers in primary and middle schools of Donghai County in Lianyungang City, provide evidence for developing the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases in school. [Methods]The trained and qualified professionals made the investigation by using the combination methods of consulting data, field investigation and interviews. [ Results ]There were 65 primary and middle schools in Donghai County, 86.2% of schools had the infirmaries, and 41.2% of schools had full-time or part-time health professionals. 95.4% of schools developed the training of the disease control. The network report rate of illness-induced absence was 64.8%. Most of the schools lacked the sanitary facilities or material reserves, and the rate of health examinations was low among students.[Conclusion]h is necessary to take the effective measures to improve the level of infectious disease control and prevention and ability of health workers in the primary and middle schools of Donghai County.
