北京市某区中小学校温开水机运行管理调查

摘　　要：目的了解北京市某区学校内温开水机应用及管理现状。方法自行设计调查问卷,以现场调查的方式对辖区内中小学校温开水机安装和使用现状进行调查。结果回收辖区内117所中小学有效问卷中,安装温开水机的100所,正常使用的86所,占74%,有过滤净化功能的65所,有过滤+消毒功能的13所,8所仅具备加热功能,不具备过滤+消毒工艺;76所学校有更换滤芯及定期维护记录,占88%,64所学校温开水设备具备涉水产品卫生许可批件且在有效期,占74%,60所学校温开水设备专人专管,占70%,26所中小学校具备2013年水质监测报告,占30%。结论该区学校温开水机过滤净化功能尚不完全符合辖区水质特点,管理水平有待提高,有关部门应加强对学校饮水的监督管理与卫生监测。[ Objective ] To understand the current situation of operation and management of warm boiled water machine at primary and middle schools in a district of Beijing. [Methods] The installation and operation status of warm boiled water machine in primary and middle schools were investigated by self-designed questionnaires. [Results] A total of 117 primary and middle schools filled the questionnaire effectively. Among 100 schools installed the warm boiled water machines, and 86 schools used normally （accounted for 74% ）. The warm boiled water machines in 76 schools had filtration purification function, 13 schools had filtration and disinfection function,8 schools only had heating function,without filtration and disinfection technology. 76 schools had the records of replacing the filter element and regular maintenance, accounted for 88%; 64 schools had hygiene certificates of drinking water products, which were within the validity, accounting for 74; 60 schools had specialized personnel managing warm boiled water machine, accounted for 70% ;26 schools had water quality monitoring reports of 2013, accounted for 30%. [ Conclusion ] The fihration purification function of warm boiled water machines in schools of this district does not fully conform to the water quality characteristics. The management levels should be improved. The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and hygienic monitoring of drinking water in schools.
