摘　　要：目的:比较一次性包皮切割缝合器行包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术的临床疗效。方法:214例患者分成两组,缝合器组108例,应用一次性包皮切割缝合器行包皮环切术;传统手术组106例,采用传统包皮环切手术。比较两种手术方式的手术时间、术中失血量、疼痛程度、术后相关并发症、术后性功能,并进行统计分析。结果:缝合器组在手术时间、术中失血量、术中和术后疼痛及术后并发症等方面,均明显优于传统手术组,差异有统计学意。并且缝合器组术后切口愈合好,外形美观,患者满意度较高。结论:一次性包皮切割缝合器是一种可靠的包皮环切新方法,值得临床推广。Objective：To compare the efficacy between disposable circumcision stapler and traditional surgery for circumcision.Method：Totally 214 cases required circumcision were randomly divided into two groups.Disposable circumcision stapler was used in 108 cases,and 106 cases underwent traditional surgery.We recorded the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,pain degree,postoperative complications,postoperative sexual function,and analyzed the data statistically.Result：Disposable circumcision stapler showed obvious superiority in operative time,intraoperative blood loss,pain degree and postoperative complications compared with traditional surgery,and the difference was statistically significant.Moreover,patients using disposable circumcision stapler were more satisfied with wound healing and postoperative appearance than those undergoing traditional surgery.Conclusion：Disposable circumcision stapler is a new reliable circumcision method,and it is worthy of promotion.
