摘 要:变位系数的选择和分配是变位齿轮设计的重要环节。对于一对啮合齿轮而言,当总的变位系数一定时,按什么样的原则来分配变位系数就成为齿轮设计者必须面对的一个问题。基于KISSsoft软件,通过对于两个工程实例的计算,来研究变位系数分配原则的不同对齿轮的啮合性能和承载能力产生的不同影响,并分析了不同分配原则之间的优点及其不足之处。最后指出在设计变位齿轮时应充分考虑该齿轮最有可能发生的失效形式,把避免失效作为选择和分配变位系数的主要依据。The selection and distribution of modification coefficient is an important link in the design of a modified gear. In the case of a pair of meshing gears, when the total modification coefficient is certain, the principle of the modification coefficient distribution becomes a problem that the gear designers must face. Based on KISSsoft, and through the calculation for two engineering examples, we study different effects of the principle of modification coefficient distribution on the meshing performance and bearing capacity of the gears in this paper, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different distribution principle. At the end of the paper, it is pointed out that the most likely failure mode should be considered in the design of a modified gear, and avoiding failure should be taken as the main basis for selection and distribution of the modification coefficient.
