化腐生肌散外用治疗压疮的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究压疮患者应用化腐生肌散外用治疗的效果。方法:选择2010年5月至2012年2月信宜市人民医院接收的60例Ⅲ期及以上压疮患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,两组患者均予以常规处理,观察组在此基础上外用以土霉素、珍珠末以及冰片构成等化腐生肌散治疗,对照组以湿敷的方式使用利凡诺溶液治疗,对比两组患者治疗15 d、25 d、35 d后效果、平均疗程、费用。结果:和对照组相比较,观察组患者治疗15 d、25 d、35 d后治愈率均明显要高于对照组,治愈平均病程短,平均费用少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用化腐生肌散治疗压疮,效果明显,操作简单且治疗费用少。Objective To analyze the treating effect of Qufushengji powder for patients with pressure sore. Method The objects from May 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with the same number of cases, namely 30 cases in the control group and treatment group. Two groups of patients were given the conventional treatment, treatment group based on the topical to oxytetracycline, pearl powder and bomeol and saprophytic muscle powder in the treatment of control group to wet compress using rivanol solution treatment, compared two groups of patients were treated for 15 days, 25 days, 35 days after the results, the average course of treatment cost. Result Compared with the control group, the treatment group patients were treated for 15 days, 25 days, 35 days later, the cure rate was significantly higher, the average duration of the disease was shorter, the average cost was less （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of Qufushengji powder in the treatment of pressure sores has obvious effect, simple operation and less treatment cost, and has good application prospect.
