摘　　要：目的建立测定止痒消炎水中苦参碱含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil ODS-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.2%三乙胺（10∶90）,检测波长为220 nm。结果苦参碱进样量在0.207 04~2.070 4μg（r=0.999 8）范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.35%（n=9）。结论该法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To determine the matrine content in relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid. METHODS The HPLC method was adopted with the Kromasil ODS-C18（4.6 min×250 mm, 5 μm） and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% triethlamine （ 10：90）. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. RESULTS The linear range of matine was 0.207 04-2.070 4 μg （r = 0.999 8）, the average recovery rate was 99.7%, RSD = 1.35% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION This HPLC methods is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid.
