摘　　要：目的建立复方南板蓝根提取物中秦皮乙素的含量测定方法,以有效控制复方南板蓝根提取物的质量。方法色谱柱：Phenomex Luna5u C_（18）250 m×4.6 mm;流动相：甲醇-0.015%磷酸水（20∶80）,流速：1.0 m L/min;检测波长为353 nm;柱温35℃。结果秦皮乙素含量在16.18~258.88μg/m L浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,阴性无干扰,精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,平均回收率102.6%。结论建立的HPLC方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于控制复方南板蓝根提取物的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a content determination method of Aesculetin in compound south isatis root extract, so as to effectively control the quality of south isatis root extract. METHODS The chromatographic column Phenomex Luna5u C18 250 m×4.6 mm was used, and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.015% phosphoric acid （20：80） ; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; the detection wavelength was 353 nm; the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS The content of aesculetine showed good linear relationship in the range of 1.618-258.88 g/mL, with no negative interference, and its precision, stability, repeatability is good. The average recovery rate was 102.6%. CONCLUSION The established HPLC method is accurate, simple and reproducible, it can be used for the quality control of Radix Isatidis south.
