天麻丸新版药典微生物检验方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立天麻丸的微生物限度检查方法。方法按中国药典2015年版四部非无菌产品微生物限度检查方法(通则1105、1106)进行方法适用性试验。结果 2个企业品种采用常规法检查,另2个企业采用稀释法检查。结论采用稀释法检查可以消除产品抑菌成分对微生物检验的影响。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for microbial limit test of Tianma pills. METHODS Suitability of the method in the presence of the product was conducted according to the microbial limit test method of non sterile products in the general rules （1105, 1106） of Chinese Pharmacopoeia IV （2015 Edition）. RESULTS 2 products were using routine inspection, another 2 products were using the dilution method. CONCLUSION method on the microbiological test.
