摘　　要：通过对定西地区药膳分类及中药材用料和定西地区主要中药材品种及代表药膳的调查，发现定西地区药膳配方可分为保健食品、辅助食疗、护肤美容、防病健身、抗衰延年、养生滋补6类，共160个品种，且定西地区18种主栽中药材都出现在配方中。同时对定西地区药膳的应用前景提出了相关建议，为当地药膳产业的发展提供参考。Through to the medicinal food in dingxi area classification and major varieties of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and dingxi region on behalf of medicinal food, herbal recipe found in dingxi area can be divided into health food, dietary supplements, skin care, beauty, prevention fitness classes, fight decline live, health tonic 6 classes, a total of 160 varieties, and authentic in dingxi area there are 18 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials in the formula. Through the investigation at the same time. the application prospect of medicinal food in dingxi area put forward some Suggestions, provide reference for the development of local medicinal food industry.
