瑶族民间常用中草药赶山鞭外敷治疗乳痈60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑶族民间常用中草药赶山鞭外敷治疗淤滞期乳痈的临床疗效。方法:将90例淤滞期乳痈患者按2:1的比例随机分为两组,对照组30例给予头孢呋辛钠治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用赶山鞭局部外敷治疗。结果:综合疗效总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为83.33%,中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为98.33%,对照组为83.33%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组白细胞及C反应蛋白水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赶山鞭局部外敷治疗乳痈对皮肤无刺激,具有疗效好、见效快的优点,有明显降低脓肿形成率、缩短病程的作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Hypericum attenuatum,a Chinese herbal medicine commonly used by Yao people,in the treatment of stasis- stage acute mastitis. Methods： A total of 90 patients with stasis- stage acute mastitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group at a ratio of 2∶ 1. The 30 patients in the control group were given cefuroxime sodium,and the 60 patients in the treatment group were given local external application of Hypericum attenuatum in addition to the treatment in the control group. Results： There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the overall response rate to comprehensive treatment（ 93. 33% vs 83. 33%,P〈0. 05） and that of TCM syndromes（ 98. 33%vs 83. 33%,P〈0. 05）. After treatment,both groups showed significant changes in leukocyte count and C- reactive protein level（ P〈0. 05）,and these two parameters also showed significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Local external application of Hypericum attenuatum in the treatment of acute mastitis has a good therapeutic effect and a quick onset time and can significantly reduce the formation of abscess and shorten the course of disease.
