柴石通窍汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴石通窍汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症患者随机分为两组各40例,治疗组采用柴石通窍汤加减治疗,对照组采用双石通淋胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.5%,对照组为57.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后临床症状、HAMD及EPS量化评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:柴石通窍汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症具有显著疗效,且有多靶点、多环节的综合治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of modified Chaishi Tongqiao decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis complicated by depression. Methods： A total of 80 patients with chronic prostatitis and depression were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given modified Chaishi Tongqiao decoction,and those in the control group were given Shuangshi Tonglin capsules. Results： There was a significant difference in the overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（ 87. 5% vs 57. 5%,P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the clinical symptoms,Hamilton Depression Scale score,and quantitative score of expressed prostatic secretion showed significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Chaishi Tongqiao decoction has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with chronic prostatitis and depression and has a comprehensive therapeutic effect on various targets and links.
