桃红接骨汤对实验性骨折愈合中VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨桃红接骨汤对胫骨骨折术后骨折愈合的影响,检测桃红接骨汤对胫骨骨折术后骨折愈合中VEGF表达的变化,阐明桃红接骨汤对骨折愈合的作用机制。方法:建立兔胫骨干骨折愈合模型,将30只新西兰兔随机分为3组:桃红接骨汤组,模型对照组,正常对照组。分别在灌胃后的第7、14天取出骨折端的血肿机化物,采用免疫组化检测VEGF的表达情况,收集实验数据,进行统计学分析。结果:桃红接骨汤组在第7、14天时较模型对照组胫骨骨折部位血肿机化组织VEGF的表达明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:桃红接骨汤确实能促进骨折早期VEGF的表达,促进血管再生,从而加速骨折愈合。Objective： To investigate the effect of Taohong Jiegu decoction on fracture healing after surgery for tibial fracture and the change in the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）,as well as the mechanism of action of Taohong Jiegu decoction in fracture healing. Methods： A model of tibial shaft fracture healing in rabbits was established. A total of 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into Taohong Jiegu decoction group,model control group,and normal control group. The organized hematoma at the fracture end was collected at7 and 14 days after gavage,and immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of VEGF. The experimental data were collected for statistical analysis. Results： At 7 and 14 days,the Taohong Jiegu decoction group showed a significant increase in the expression of VEGF in the organized hematoma tissue at the site of tibial fracture compared with the model control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Taohong Jiegu decoction can promote the expression of VEGF in the early stage of fracture and revascularization and thus accelerate fracture healing.
