摘　　要：当前老龄化背景下新农村社区建设要关注老年人的生活需求,为老年人营造宜居的环境。该文以青岛市胶西镇为例,在对该地区老年人口及年龄构成、老年人生活行为、老年人对居住空间和功能的要求以及对新农村社区的态度等调研分析的基础上,针对农村老年人生活的物质需求与精神需求,进行新农村社区适老性设计。以室外竖向庭院设计与室内主要空间打造为重点,营造宜居舒适的环境,探讨新农村社区适老性建设模式,为乡村养老做好规划与设计工作。Under the background of population aging, the construction of new rural community must built livable environment for the old man. Taking Jiaoxi town, Qingdao County as an example, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of elderly population and its age structure, living behavior, residential space and function, as well as attitude towards new rural community, according to material and spirit demands of the old, we make a design for the elderly adapting. Emphatically outdoor vertical courtyard and indoor key space design. We also study on new rural community elderly adapting construction mode and plan for the rural endowment.
