天麻商品等级与天麻素含量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:天麻素为天麻主要有效成分及质量评价指标成分之一,但目前天麻市场分级仅按天麻大小划分,等级是中药质量的标志,也是商品定价的依据,分级应体现"优质优价"原则,该研究为天麻分级提供一定的内在科学依据。方法:采用文献查阅与实地调研相结合的方法,研究天麻分级历史沿革及现状,同时采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定陕西、贵州、四川三产区12批天麻的天麻素含量,并对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果:天麻等级与大小之间呈正相关,等级与天麻素含量未见正相关关系。结论:目前市场上只根据天麻大小分级的方法欠妥,天麻市场分级标准有待完善;研究结果可为天麻合理分级提供一定的内在科学依据。Objective:Gastrodin is one of major active ingredients and evaluation indicator of Gastrodia elata.For now,however,we make the market grade only according to the size of Gastrodia elata.Grade is the representative of quality and the dependence of the price.Different grades of Gastrodia elata must respond the principle of'YouZhiYouJia'and this study will provide a certain degree of intrinsic scientific basis for Gastrodia elata.Methods:In this study,we studied the historical evolution and current situation combining literature research with field research method.What's more,we determined the Gastrodin content of 12 sample form Shanxi,Guizhou,Sichuan by high-performance liquid chromatography and we analysed the statistics of result from experiment.Results:The'grade'and'size'have a positive correlation,but the'grade'between gastrodin have not a positive correlation.Conclusion:The market grade only according to the size of Gastrodia elata is unreasonable and the standard of grade will be improve.To sum up,this research will supply a intrinsic scientific basis for a reasonable classification of Gastrodia elata.
