李培教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验浅析

摘　　要：李培教授是四川省第二届十大名中医,擅长治疗脾胃相关疾病和内伤杂病,对于复发性口腔溃疡的诊治具有丰富的临床经验。李培教授认为,本病以湿热内蕴,阴血亏虚为主要病机,以清热除湿,养血活血作为治疗复发性口腔溃疡之大法,临床疗效显著。将李培教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡的经验进行归纳总结。The professor Li Pei is selected as the 2nd Famous Physician of TCM of Sichuan Province. He is good at treating the spleen-stomach disorder and internal diseases in TCM. Moreover, he engages in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer with rich clinical experience. Professor Li Pei thinks that the interpretation of the Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer is superfluity of hot and damp evil and deficiency of yin and blood. So he points out the treatment of RAU is clearing up heat, removing dampness, nourishing the blood and activating blood circulation. As a result, the therapeutic effect of this treatment is pretty good. I＇ll conclude the professor LI Pei＇s experience in the treatment of RAU now.
