摘 要:竞争情报人员的绩效同时受到了自身所具备的知识、能力、以及自我意识的影响,和来自客观环境的影响,然而现有的多数研究尚未对客观影响因素进行讨论。本文通过对一般员工绩效评价指标和竞争情报人员特点进行总结,得出竞争情报人员绩效评价指标,并对各项指标进行拆分或整合,归纳出对竞争情报人员的绩效产生影响的八个影响因素,将其分为两个层面分别论述,为组织识别高绩效竞争情报人员和提升竞争情报人员的工作绩效提供参考。The performance of CI professionals is influenced by their own knowledge, ability and self-consciousness, as well. as the objective environment at the same time. However, most of the existing studies have not discussed the objective factors yet. This article obtains a group of performance appraisal indicators directing at CI professionals, by summarizing commonly used performance evaluating indexes and characteristics of CI professionals and their work. And then split or integrate those indicators, to sum up eight influence factors, which comes from two level, that exert an effect on the performance of CI professionals.
