基于路径分析的自媒体健康信息扩散模式研究

摘　　要：为掌握自媒体中各类健康信息的扩散路径并寻找其中的规律和模式,文章从舆情类和普通健康信息为切入点,以有效进行危机信息预防和控制提供理论依据,借助工具分析了各类健康信息的扩散路径图以及扩散主要指标。研究发现:不同类型健康信息在公众关注度、传播层级、扩散形态等方面都有不同的特点,科普类健康信息推送无力,舆情类健康信息具有强烈且较持久的穿透力。以此汇总了自媒体健康信息扩散特征及模式,对自媒体健康信息管理提出建设性意见。With the purpose of effective prevention and erisis information controlling, the paper researched the diffusion path of various health information in We-media and found the rule and mode, and extracted some health information with graphic and index analyzing. The study took public opinion health information and general health information as entry points, combined theoretical analysis with case analysis, analyzed the diffusion path map of various types of micro blog heahh information. The research found that different types of health information showed discrepancy in public attention, spread level and diffusion forms. General health information was pushed with loweffieiency, while public opinion health information came with a strong and lasting penetration. Then the paper summarized the diffusion characteristics and model of We-media health information, and put forward constructive suggestions for We-media health information management.
