我国研究生科研绩效评价实证研究——以情报学机构为例

摘　　要：补充完善我国研究生培养质量评价体系,对研究生科研绩效评价的量化提供方法。从知识的需求侧,即学生接受教育的成果层面,提出了一种科研绩效评价模型,运用计量学方法提出指标,标准差标准化法对指标进行归一化处理,层次分析法确定权重,并针对情报学培养单位进行了实证研究。本文所提评价指标和评价体系能清楚表明培养单位研究生的科研绩效细分指标和综合指标的差异。This paper aims at improving the quality evaluation system of graduate education in our country, provides methods for the quantitative research on the performance evaluation of graduate students. From the side of the knowledge demanding, we puts forward a kind of academic education quality evaluation model, proposes index using the measurement method, and the normalization method of standard deviation is used to normalize the indexes, determines the weight through AHP. The paper also operates the system using information institutions as an example. The evaluation index and evaluation system in this paper can clearly show the difference of the research performance index and the comprehensive index of the graduate students.
