摘　　要：文章以我国文化扶贫制度体系建设为主线,结合典型案例,分析国内外高校图书馆参与文化扶贫的三种主要模式:提升贫困地区图书馆服务软实力的智力支持模式;援助社会弱势群体的拓展服务模式;校地共建图书馆的合作共赢模式。研究表明:我国高校图书馆参与文化扶贫整体上处于较低水平,仅有极少数贫困县图书馆从中受益;需要在完善制度体系、借鉴发达国家成功经验的基础上,发挥高校图书馆优势,构建符合实际的具有中国特色的文化扶贫体系。Focusing on the construction of ＂cultural poverty alleviation＂system in China,this paper studies three modes of university libraries＇ participation in local cultural poverty alleviation with typical cases：the intellectual support mode for improving the soft power of library services in poor areas,the extended service mode for assisting vulnerable groups, and the win-win cooperation mode between university and local government. The study indicates that：there is a low participation of Chinese university library in cultural poverty alleviation;rare poor county libraries benefit from it. Therefore,a cultural poverty alleviation system with Chinese characteristic needs to be established in accordance with the local reality, giving full play to the university library＇s specialized advantage, on the basis of improving the system and learning from the successful experience of developed countries.
