摘　　要：WAP网站是当前图书馆移动服务的重要服务模式。鉴于超星移动图书馆系统在高校中的普及率较高,本文采用问卷调查法、现场可用性测试以及综合分析法对超星移动图书馆WAP网站开展可用性研究,为WAP网站的升级和改进提供可行性建议,从而有效提升移动服务的用户体验。研究结果显示,移动WAP站点的有效性、效率和满意度存在不足,WAP网站的部分功能模块的位置和标签、搜索、检索、技术等都有待完善。WAP is an important mode of current library mobile service. As Super Star mobile library system is of high penetration rate in colleges and universities,this article does a usability study on the WAP website of Super Star mobile library through questionnaire survey, usability testing and comprehensive analysis. Thus, feasible suggestions are provided for improving and upgrading WAP website and effectively enhancing the user experience of library mobile service. The results show that the effectiveness,efficiency and satisfaction of library mobile WAP sites need to be enhanced, and the positions and tags of some functional modules, the search engine and technology of library WAP sites need for further improvement as well.
