摘 要:通过实验对比了J-0010LA与J-0010、7067二元乙丙橡胶在溶油性能、增稠能力、剪切稳定性、低温动力黏度等方面的差别,并从共聚物组成、相对分子质量及其分布、序列分布等方面进行结构分析。结果表明,乙烯含量增大至57%-59%(质量分数),会使J-0010LA剪切稳定性得到改善,而对其溶油性能、增稠能力、低温性能没有明显影响。Three ethylene/propylene copolymers,J-0010,J-0010LA and L-7067,as viscosity index improvers in lubricants were investigated to compare their differences in solubility, viscosity improving ability,shear stability and dynamic viscosity in low temperature. The composition, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution as well as sequence distribution of the copolymers remarkably influ- ence their oil solubility.The results showed that the increment of ethylene content in ethylene/propy- lene copolymer could improve the shear stability, while the oil solubility, thickening ability and low temperature performance hardly changed.Among the copolymers,J-0010LA with ethylene content in a range of 57 % -59 % (mass fraction) exhibited the highest shear stability.
