摘  要:离心纺丝电锭工况较恶劣,故障率高。对某化纤生产企业的故障电锭进行研究,发现故障电锭损坏主要集中在轴承和电机部分。对电锭轴承的疲劳寿命进行分析,计算出轴承的疲劳寿命约为75d;对生产现场的电锭进行抽样分析,发现电锭的故障时间约为70~90d;对100台电锭分别进行轴承维护和电机维护,对比故障结果,判定离心纺丝电锭故障产生的根本原因是轴承的疲劳损坏。Failure rate of the centrifugal electric spindle is high under the harsh operating condition. Through studying electric spindle failure of a chemical fiber production enterprise,it is found that electric spindle failure contains two aspects,bearing and motor.Then,the fatigue life of the bearing was analyzed and its fatigue life was figured out,i.e.about 75 days.It is found from sampling analysis of the electric spindle in the production field that,the fault time of electric spindle is about 700~90days.The bearing and motor maintenance was done for 100 motors,and the fault results were compared.The basic reason of centrifugal electric spindle fault is the fatigue failure of the bearing.
