摘　　要：通过对107dtex/192fPOY生产过程中的熔体工艺、纺丝条件、组件工艺、卷绕工艺等研究,探讨了其对细旦多孔POY可纺性的影响。结果表明：纺制107dtex/192f时,熔体输送温度控制在277~282℃、纺丝温度选择295~296℃、喷丝孔径0.15mm、喷丝孔长径比4∶1、含油率控制在0.48%~0.50%、卷绕速度选择2500m/min、卷绕角5.3°~6.3°、卷绕张力8~9cN、接触压力100~130N时,生产状况稳定,满卷率可达97%以上。This paper studies the melting technology,the spinning condition,the spinning unit technology and the winding technology in 107dtex/192 fPOY production process,and discusses the influence of different technological conditions on the fine denier porous POY spinnability.The practice results indicate that 107dtex/192 fproduction state is stable and full-package rate can reach more than 97% under the following conditions：melt transfer temperature 277~282℃,spinning temperature 295~296 ℃,diameter of spinneret 0.15 mm,ratio of length and diameter of spinneret 4∶1,oil content 0.48%~0.50%,winding speed 2 500 m/min,winding angle 5.3°~6.3°,winding tension 8 ~9cN and contact pressure 100~130N.
