摘　　要："警察圈套"是世界上许多国家在法律中予以确立的侦查方式,是当代不可或缺的侦查方式之一,具有强大的生命力。文章在简介"警察圈套"域外适用的基础上,分析"警察圈套"在我国侦查犯罪中遇到的重重困境,阐明我国应在将其合法化的前提下,设计出一套符合我国实际的法律制度,以期使"警察圈套"走上规范化的道路,更好地维护社会正当程序和实体公正。＂Police Entrapment＂is one of the detective methods established in law by many countries in the world,which is an indispensible detective way in modern society. It has strong vitality. The essay,which is based on the briefing introduction of ＂Police Entrapment＂in extraterritorial application,analyzes the ＂Police Entrapment＂encountering different difficulties in our country＇s detecting crimes,elaborating our country should under the premise of turning it into legality,to design a legal system which suit actual situation in our country. Making ＂Police Entrapment＂go into a road of standardization,to maintain the social due process and substantive justice better.
